I have an Verizon purchased i-phone 7 plus which is carrier locked. I am going to Thailand and would like to know if I can purchase a sim card for the phone while there.

We want to wish you a wonderful time while in Thailand. We certainly want you to be able to use your phone while there. We actually do not carrier lock our phones. So you should be able to use the phone with the provider in Thailand, as long as their network is compatible with the phone.
