I received my Iphone 7+ at the beginning of October and I consistently lose GPS and cell service while on the road and while stationary in my home. I have seen the previous post about switching LTE to data only. Im already tired of paying my hard-earned money to have issues with my phone and Verizon service.
What is Verizon and/or Apple doing to solve this issue?

We certainly want you enjoying every bit of your device. I know how crucial using GPS can be. We are working very closely with apple to help resolve this right away. Have you tried going on airplane mode and going back on afterwords?
I was told to just use my wifi to assist in calls. This is crazy. If I was going to just use my att wifi y would I pay for a Verizon service. I can not make calls or receive them since my swap from my 5. This is ridiculous. Please help.
We want to ensure you always stay connected. Are you referring to your HD voice/Advanced calling?
I suppose you know that you need to be on wifi to download an update? Give that a try if you haven't yet.
It's crucial your phone is able to complete the latest update, JBREEZY16. What happens when you attempt to start the download? What method have you tried using to complete the update?
