I have contacted Fedex because tracking shows my new iphone 7 never left Memphis. So far they haven't been much help other than telling me my package has been routed to their research department because it was opened and the phone was removed from the box. They are requesting a serial number which obviously i do not have, i didn't ship the phone. Is there anything Verizon can do to help me? This really sucks.
