My keypad will not work with automated calls. When they prompt you to press a number for a certain service nothing happens

Being able to utilize the number pad for selecting prompts  when using an automated system during a phone call is essential these days, derekmcastle. It's certainly odd that this isn't working and I'm happy to help get to the bottom of this with you. Do you have a screen protector on your phone? If so, please remove it and test out the phone. Do you have any difficulty with selecting things on your touchscreen when using apps other than the phone app? Have you tried restarting your phone? If not, please do so with these steps:
