It’s so critical to be able to send pictures and videos when you want Gucktruck.  Let’s turn this around.  To clarify, does this happen with every picture or video message?  What happens when you try to send these (error message, etc.)?  Please go into Settings>Messages> Make sure iMessage, Send as SMS, MMS Messaging, and Group Messaging are all enabled (Green switch is turned on).

Have you attempted any other troubleshooting since you started having this issue? What troubleshooting steps have you completed? How long has this issue been going on?
