My ring back tone does not work?

I downloaded my ring back tone from Verizon but it is not on my phone?  Please help.

Sorry for any trouble with using the Ringback Tone service. We'll be happy to assist. You don't actually download Ringback Tones, so you will not find them on your phone. When you buy them, they are going to stay on your My Verizon account, and you will manage them from there.
