I did set up on my new iPhone 7 plus, but it won't activate. I can't call, text, or access internet. In top left corner of screen it shows full bars and Verizon 3G

Have you made sure that your new phone is listed on your line when you view your Device through your My Verizon account? Was your old phone completely powered Off when you powered On your new phone?
If the old phone was powered On, then the new phone will not activate until they are both Off at the same time and then you power On only the new phone.
