No Video with Facetime

 I always had video with FaceTime. Recently I can see the person that calls me, but they cannot see me. I don’t know if there is something in settings I need to switch?

I know how concerning it can be when the other party cannot see you while on a FaceTime call and we do want to ensure that we look into every option so that this is working for you, Tm2.  When did this stop working?  Were there any recent software updates that you’re aware of?  Have you tested the camera to make sure that it works by trying to take a selfie?  Does this happen over Wi-Fi or Cellular?  Lastly, does this happen on every Facetime call or just with a certain contact?
