Outage again?

All day long today I have had calls drop. Around 7PM tonight I lost all data and cellular service. What's going on? I'm in Miami.

How are your other services at this time? (text and data) Also, do you know of any other Verizon users in your area experiencing this same issue or is the issue solely with your device?
