***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. People can't hear me!!!!

I have been a customer for the last 3 years. Unfortunately for the last two (regardless of what phone I have) when people call I can hear them but they can't hear me. It has been an issue with every phone I have had. I get sent a new phone then in two weeks it's doing the same thing. I am ready to cancel my phones because it's been a issue that hasn't been resolved. I'm beginning to think that it's Verizon's fault. Why wouldnt people be able to hear me on 3 different phones by three different manufacturers
