We purchase Two I Phones November 1917 ,Pay Plan,And Our Bill Is Paper Less ,So I Decided To Look At My Bill Today 26th September 2019 ,On Line ,And For Two Years ,Verizon Has Been Charging Me 15.00 Dollars A Month For Protection On One Of My Phones ,I Called Verizon,And They Told Me They Couldn’t Credit Because I Was Ptotected On This Phone ,That I Didn’t Know I Had ,Why Would I Protect One Phone When I Bought Two Phones ,This Is Wrong,E Smith

Yes it is very wrong that you failed to read your initial sales receipt, service confirmation letter, and every one of your monthly bills for years and then request credit for valid charges!
