Our cell phone used 2.95 GB of data last night within the hours of 12AM and 1AM. How is this possible? The phone was turned off! I am currently on hold with customer support. My current hold time is 41 minutes!!
The data usage listed on your MyVerizon account online is when the data was reported not necessarily when it was used. I don't recall if the report lists the usage that occurred before that time as the previous report or after that time and the next report time.
