I accepted the offer as sent ia email and cut and even started using unlimited data... but next day, told I was told entirely different story.
Summary: It takes hours to get a live agent after listening boring monatomic of music. Once I planned to leave Verizon, I was suggested by a rep of Verizon to change a better good priced plan. I requested her to send in writing the price as offered to me. She confirmed the price via email. Then I reconfirmed it via chat. Following day, I called for another issue and I was told that monthly bill be be $85 more than quoted earlier. It took 1.5 hours to reach a customer rep and hen another 30 minutes to a supervisor. Total time over the phone is about 2.5 hours. Once I asked name of supervisor, she hung up. after prior community post, I got an email to file complaint to to Head office at New Jersey by calling 1-800-779-2067 but this head office phone prompts me to enter phone (does not accept) or enter via phone key pad the case number which I do not have. Any advice?

Typos corrections to above large post..
"I accepted the offer after receiving an email from verizon rep and then after this conformation as a poof, started using unlimited data... but next day, told I was told entirely a different story."
Rest of the details as in above post.

Based upon previous post
I did reply as to Verizon (in case verizon rep responded that prices are online):
"So what is the meaning of email confirmation and confirmation via chat by Verizon? My family member got a new independent plan and I wanted to find best options. Because of poor service, I decided to leave Verizon, Then rep over the phone convinced me to stay and offered best price. She did over the phone and told that online display of change will take time. I have a proof that she offered $105 and with taxes $112. Then chat person also confirmed it. I happened to call today (next day or so after email/chat confirmation for another issue and then I was told by new rep to pay $85 more. Finally supervisor told that she will agree $105 for 3 months but will not write any thing via email. I asked her name, she hung up! Please listen the recording if it is may have been saved.

I was assured $105 in writing for three lines...then confirmation via verizon chat. Then within 1-2 days once I happen to call version (took hours of phone call) found out that in fact you will withdraw $189 from direct bank. I stopped automatic withdrawal as now lack of trust. How one can trust once reps have no correlation and Verizon does not honor its own writing to customers?

Ti email came from Verizon the my email:
{name}, Per our conversation, with your new 55+ unlimited plan your new bill will be $105 per month plus tax for an approximated $112 per month.
If you need anything else, please visit us online or in the My Verizon app.
If you have questions about this request, feel free to give us a call at 1.800.922.0204 or dial *611. We're open 7 AM – 11 PM, Mon – Fri, and 8 AM – 9 PM, Sat – Sun, local time.
Thanks for choosing Verizon.
Sincerely,

Then within 1-2 days once I called verizon for another issue, I was told that verizon will need $189, not 10. Why this kind of cheating?

Above email from Verizon rep came directly to my listed email. That Verizon rep convinced me not to leave Verizon.. I confirmed it via chat as well. Then Verizon changes price within a day? I was told that website changes will take a time. That rep changed the plan over the phone with my consents once I agree to $105 unlimited domestic calls and unlimited data. By the way T-mobile is offering $90 unlimited data and unlimited domestic calls with free hotspot.

That $105 (for there lines) becomes all of sudden $189 without my knowledge and witty my consents! I am then forced to pay $189 instead of $105
