For the past few weeks, we consistently only have 2 bars for signal strength using our cell phones. 50% of the time we lose the signal in the middle of conversations. Neighbors with Verizon having similar problems with both the coverage and the inability to get a satisfactory solution. 800# customer service is terrible. As we speak, I have been on hold for 26 minutes for tech support on this issue. Verizon is becoming the Walmart of phone service.
Can someone with authority at Verizon address this issue?
