***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Return Device Scam

Upgraded my phone on 8/25/19. $200 trade in value for my iPhone 7. Wiped my phone. Secured it in the prepaid shipping box. Sent it out on 8/27/19 and have been getting harassed every other day by text and email that my trade in device hasn’t been received. It’s now 9/6/19 and if they don’t receive my device in 4 days then my trade in amount will be charged back. I should have recorded the tracking information from UPS. Obviously freight wasn’t in transit over Labor Day and now comes another weekend. My iPhone 7 Plus was in pristine condition and now I’m going to get messed up out of $200. I should have kept the fudging thing. What a rip off.
