***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Returns Department

I have two trade-ins, one phone,  I did not receive a return label with the new phone and I was unable to obtain a return shipping label. At 1st, I was given the wrong info on how to get  a replacement return label (once I figured it out, I had already sent it off). So I sent both returns in the same box. I did attach a note to the phone with no label but not with the submission ID which I just learned identifies the returning phone. How can I be positive that my phone will be processed properly and receive my trade-in credit?

Receiving the trade-in you are eligible for is important so we certainly understand your concern. Sorry the process was not a seamless one. What I would recommend is keeping a record of your submission ID, and in the event that you do not get the trade-in credits you are referring to, we do have an escalation process to correct situations like this.
