TAMBUH67, thank you for reaching out to us. I have two different solutions for you based on if you have an Apple device or Android. If you are using an Apple device, please use iTunes for your Ringback Tone purchase. Now, if you have an Adroid device, Your device is Advanced Calling capable, do you have this feature turned on, on your device? If so, the ringback tone service is not compatible with Advanced Calling.
