I was formerly on Virgin Mobile with a 6 and decided to move to Verizon, I went to the store and ordered my iPhone 7 and was told when I received the new phone I would have instructions about trading in my 6 to get the trade in deal. My box came with nothing but the phone in it and this past Friday I was simply told that I would be receiving another email about the trade in deal but have not, I have already checked my spam folder and it isn't there.
I want to take part in this deal as it was part of my reason for upgrading phones, what do I need to do to get the process started or how can i check and see if I was actually enrolled for this trade-in deal?

EdwinF1,
The wait is over. I thank you for your loyalties to us over the years, and apologize for keeping you waiting. As for the trade in, I want you to have your credit just as much as you do. You can simply visit any corporate store when you are moved into your new phone. Just in case: http://vz.to/1TUYCb0.

Welcome to the Verizon Wireless family, DAVMAD98. Congratulations on your iPhone 7. You must be so excited. Did you start your line of service and do a pre order at the store? Was it all one transaction? I would reach out to the store and see if they want you to bring your phone into the store to trade it in. Here is a list of the closest stores to you. http://vz.to/1dhKfjh
Congratulations again. If you ever need us http://vz.to/1NvKn9Z

I have been a long time loyal Verizon customer, since 1987 when it was Air Touch. I ordered an iPhone 7 over the phone to a live representative. I too received only the phone in and some real basic instructions as to how to activate the phone. I did not receive any information about where and how to send back my iPhone 5c, which was part of the trade-in promotion. It has been about two weeks and haven't even received an email. I was on the phone for 2 and 1/2 hours today in order to get this squared away. The online site where you get set up to appraise and trade in the phone, would not validate my physical home address, even though Fed Ex delivered it to my house. What a comedy of errors. I still have no idea of how or where to
send my old phone. Calling Verizon is fruitless. No help, too much automated operators and beau coup frustration. How can I resolve this
