I am concerned because I didn't get a trade-in receipt for my iPhone 7.
On September 29, 2020 I traded in my iPhone 7 for a new iPhone SE at the Verizon store in East Hanover, NJ. The sales representative told me the trade-in value for the iPhone 7 and I agreed to proceed with the transaction and leave the iPhone 7 with the store. After backing up my data and loading it on to the new iPhone SE, they rushed me to leave the store (due to Covid-imposed time limits customers may spend inside the store) and DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY RECEIPTS for the transaction -- neither paper nor electronic.
When I check my account at myVerizon, I see the receipt and agreement for the new iPhone SE but there is NO DOCUMENT ACKNOLEDGING THE RETURN of the iPhone 7. Has anybody in this forum have a similar experience? How long does it take to post a receipt and trade-in credit in a Verizon customer's account? Thank you in advance for your advice.
