Hi,
I used to have HD voice working on my iPhone 7 but it hasn't been working for awhile (can't use data while on phone calls, poor call quality with people who have HD voice turned on).
I removed the feature on my line on the Verizon website. When I tried to add it back and I click "Show eligible lines", next to my line it says "NOT COMPATIBLE" in red letters. I tried restarting my phone and refreshing the Verizon page but it was the same.
Any help would be much appreciated!
