***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Unauthorized Subscriptions

I have not been able to log into my online account for months. I have been paying the bill from my phone. Today when I finally was able to get help from a representative, I started going through my bills. For at least four months I have been charged 9.99 for music and 5.99 for cloud service. I didn't request either feature. 

The  "phone is free" was eaten up by these extraneous charges. I have waited on hold to talk to someone for longer than I care to admit. I don't understand how your account can have random charges added to it that you didn't authorize. I want my refund for the unauthorized charges and I am very disappointed in Verizon.

Cloud had trials which I agree was awful. Apple Music however requires you to go out of your way to sign up for.
