I'm having the same issue with a handful of apps including the my Verizon app. I've contacted apple only to be told to contact each app provider separately. I want to be able to check my data consumption etc. every month. Thanks.
JOSDIX29, we certainly want you to be able to check on your usage when you need to. We'll get this figured out together. What are you experiencing with the app? Is the application updated? Are you on WiFi or mobile data?
