I ordered the iPhone 7 Plus on September 13th with a shipping date of October 5th. I called a few hours later to change the shipping address to my work address. Today, I checked to see what the order status was and didn't see the order. I called to check on it, and found out that the Verizon rep mistakenly deleted my order instead of changing the address. The new rep put the order back in but was not able to get the Oct 5th shipping date. Now my ship date is now Oct 26th. I have been with Verizon for years, but am seriously considering canceling my order and switching to AT&T or TMobile.
