Thanks for that location information, brlee. Since you have an iPhone 7 Plus your messages should be in the visual voicemail format only. When checking your voicemail do you call into *86 or are your messages appearing in a listing with a play button next to each one when tapping on your Phone button/app and clicking on the voicemail icon. I ask because I'm trying to determine if your device is getting the Apple transcription service (where it reads message info out loud) or if somehow you were accessing our VZW voicemail platform and are receiving Message Review Options when your iPhone should be accessing the Apple Visual Voicemail. Please let us know.

I click on the notification icon that looks like a reel to reel tape, then click the play button. I opted out of the Visual Voice Mail because it's $2.99 per month and I can't see having it when I receive very few voice mails and it's just as easy to listen as to read.
