Volume can’t hear

So I have an iPhone 7 Plus and when I call someone or someone calls me I can’t hear them or it drops call and it does the same thing when I face time them but I can text and I’ve already network reset it twice and I cleared out a lot of junk on my phone I’ve powered it off and nothing is working
