Why Can't I Make or Receive Calls On My iPhone 7+?

I can send/receive texts but I cannot call or receive calls and neither can anyone else on my account. Tried turning on/off our phones. We have 2 iPhone 7+ and 2 gizmos. Zip code is 61254

Just started last night 8/14, I have 4-5 bars. Last night when I would call

it never rings out, but this morning it rings 2-3 times a recording says

"welcome to Verizon wireless your call cannot be completed".....my bill is

paid and when someone calls me it rings thru to voicemail.
