***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why Did My Order Get Messed Up At The Verizon Store?

So we upgraded our iPhone 5s to new 7's. Had our local store do the transfer of info off old phones onto new phones. Get all the way home & calling Hubby's # calls my phone & vice versa. So I call the store & they said "Oh you can fix that yourself", told me (wrong, I had to look it up online) how to pop out the SIM cards & swap 'em, said that should take care of it; guess what: now neither phone is working. So back to the store I guess.
