Why Verizon why? .. I ordered a iPhone 7 plus and talked to a chat rep on the website to explore my options he out right ignored me and canceled my order now I can't upgrade they are saying my account is associated with a past dur account and now I can't do installments this is ridiculous contract is up in December I do not think I will be coming back
