I'd lost my previous phone, left it in Santa Cruz. Since its my only phone, I went to the local Verizon store to get it replaced. The sales people stated that getting the iPhone 7 would give me more memory.
However, I was surprised when I received my first bill -- not only is Verizon charging full price for the phone, but paying for it has raised my phone bill about $50. I've stayed with Verizon, because of the coverage. However, I feel that Verizon is charging more than Apple is for the iPhone--I don't believe this is good business.
Any suggestions on ways of addressing this issue is appreciated.
Thanks, Senior citizen

I'm sorry to hear you lost your phone AFGsinger. I would be lost without my phone so I completely understand how you feel.
Did you purchase the new phone on a device payment plan http://vz.to/2glhJTC? Which iPhone 7 did you purchase (memory size) and how much were you charged?
We no longer offer two year discounts with upgrades. The phones are sold at full retail price, and you can purchase them on a device payment plan. Did you make any other changes to your account that may have caused the increase of your bill?

Hi,
I bought the iPhone 7 and was charge $760; I believe I was charged the
price of the 7+. I believe the charge for the 7 is approximately $100 less.
Please advise.

I want to make sure that you are provided accurate information. Do you know which model of iPhone 7 you have, memory wise? The iPhone 7 128GB does go for $749.99 at full retail price.
