I have used Verizon for years and always been happy with reception and service. A few months ago my daughter bought an iPhone7 and does not get good reception in her home (lost calls, static, etc). She previously had an iphone6 with no problems at all. Because she has never had issues she returned the phone to Apple and exchanged it for another iphone7 but has the same issues. I don't understand and don't know what I can do about it. We live in zip code 44057.

Things to consider that may help.
- She may not have had HD Voice, aka Advanced Calling, turned on prior - Settings > Cellular > Enable LTE > Try Data Only option if on Voice & Data. It is true that Voice & Data does give you simultaneous voice/data when not on Wi-Fi but it also turns on HD Voice... It is worth a try toggling it off and using the phone a bit. If that doesn't help toggle it back on.
- Wi-Fi calling may help in your situation - Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling > toggle it on - more info here: Wi Fi Calling FAQs | Verizon Wireless

It’s frustrating not having the service your daughter depends upon , Ricfik34. I appreciate you using our service for several years. Let me get this service issue fixed. I checked the zip code provided and was not finding any reported issues and we have good coverage in that area. Are others having the same service issues as your daughter is experiencing? How's her service outdoors? Please share more details and so I can assist further.
Thank you,
Ed W

Thank you for responding so quickly. She actually is the only one of us
that has had this issue. And like I said, it was only after she upgraded to
the iphone7. She has the same issues just around the area of her house, in
her driveway and spots in her house. Her husband does not have a problem
with his phone reception at all. And I don't have an issue either when I am
there. I'm concerned also because I would like to upgrade to the iphone7
but am afraid I will have issues also. She did not have any issues when she
had her iphone5 or iphone6. Only after she got the iphone7. And yes, we
have always gotten good reception with Verizon. Its why I have always
stayed with you. Thank you for any help you can give me.
