family base disconnecting phone

Added family base to my son's phone to control content and internet times.   After installing it keeps disconnecting and not allowing internet connectivity.  I since uninstalled the profile and the app.   Is there a way to fix this?

CHAOTT17, Smart Family (formerly FamilyBase) is a great option to manage your son's content and internet access. I will be glad to provide assistance to ensure that it is set up correctly. In order to ensure that Smart Family is provisioned properly, have you followed the instructions in this guide to install and pair the Parent app to the Companion app?https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-smart-family/ Please note that there are separate guides for both iOS and Android devices.
