i just transferred from att to Verizon and brought my iphone 7 with me. When the store tried registering it it said the imei was not recognized. I heard the answer is that Verizon has not uploaded imei numbers for the 7’s from att yet. I had to put the SIM card into my old 6 to get something working. Yet now I have a dead 7 sitting unused. Now if the problem is as stated that is unacceptable and [Removed] poor business practice. How about you like tomorrow get those phones registered so you can provide me with proper service like a real company.
