Suddenly my iPhone 7 is showing call failed on both outgoing and incoming calls. The only way I can call someone is to FaceTime them. I can receive and send text messages. I have lived in the same service area for 3 years and have not had any problems. Verizon told me it was an Apple issue. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with Apple in the past 3 days doing various changes but it still has the same problem. Apple now says it must be a Verizon problem. This is very annoying!! Anyone suddenly having this same problem?
Your post tells me that a lot of leg work has lead to no
results, BCKBASS. It would be difficult to be happy with anything that's not
working. You mention that after speaking with both companies each are pointing
at each other. Tell me about those Facetime calls that work, are they going
over Wi-Fi or over Mobile Data. Have you traveled to areas further away? If so,
then was there service?
