Verizon's customer service is awful. The website gives no updates. I preordered the JB 7 right at midnight/03:00am, and have gotten no updates since...What's worse is it shows a ship date of 10/5, and I can't get any other information. Phone support wasn't able to give me updates and to add insult to injury, my friend waltz into a verizon store and picks up a JB 7 as a walk in with no preorder. I call the store to find out if any other JB 7's are available and can't even get the store on the local number, rather redirected to the corporate line which is worthless.
