iPhone keeps toggling between WIFI and tower. Tower signal strength too low to maintain connection. How do I force WIFI all the time?

I have tried airplane mode but that does not work as it wants to turn off AM before making a call.  

There is no setting I can find that addresses this issue.  Basically, the phone is not dependable at home because of this.  I have WIFI all over the house, but cannot depend on WIFI calling in teleworking mode.

It is important that you are able to get the performance you need, SleepyHollow93. Do you know if Wi-Fi Assist is enabled on your device? Tap settings, tap Cellular, scroll all the way past the app list, until you get to Wi-Fi Assist. Wi-Fi Assist allows your phone to connect to LTE when it detects a weak or unstable Wi-Fi connection. If you see that it is enabled, be sure to disable it, and take note of whether anything changes in regard to your device's performance.
