My internet connection started running very slowly last week and has continued. Other family members on the same plan with newer phones are not having this problem. My daughter who lives in a different city with the same phone model is having the same issues. For both of us, it started at the same time and has continued.
We are not having any issues with calls or use with wifi. What is going on?
I've tried turning off the phone completely and restarting.

Are the other family members on the same account as your line and your daughters?
The restart is always a good stepping stone. Are the slow speeds occurring on your device in a particular area or in multiple locations, miles apart?
