i spent 46 minutes today with one of your associates changing my plan and she assured me my new bill would be $317.55 and now i receive the new bill and it's $8 more. WHY??? I have been with Verizon 21 years and you're trying to mess me over!! what's the deal???
Seriously over $8? Anyway your bill is itemized so it should be easy to figure out whre the $8 is coming from. Do that first then come back before complaining.
A next bill summary and the actual bill are two separate things. It's also called estimated taxes and surcharges for a reason. Wait till the bill prints on a fresh billing cycle.
