***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. daily i lose service for half the day this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Pleasehelp

So sorry to hear about the issues with losing service so frequently, jorgesos2010. Reliable service is the cornerstone of our business and it's troubling to hear this. Help is here. What's the nearest cross streets and zip code of the location where you are having these issues? Do you know if other nearby Verizon Wireless customers are having similar issues? When you are losing service is it only certain functions that are impacted such as texting, calling or mobile data?
