question about new device

I recently got a new Iphone 7 plus and an Apple watch series 5. I understand the little disc magnetic charger for the watch, but I also received a disc charger that is stuck to a piece of rigid paper about 4 inches in diameter. The plug on the other end fits a regular Samsung cell, not anything Apple.

Could anyone tell me what that item might be?? Thanks so much !!!!

I was watching an Unboxing video, and I guess it is just an extra magnetic disc charger, and was stuck onto a circular piece of cardboard, which is to be discarded.
