voice verification Vanguard disconnects

Hello,

I have to receive a call from Vanguard to initiate Voice Verification for financial communications. When I receive the automated call and I answer it disconnects after about 2 seconds. I receive all other calls normally.

It is inconvenient that you're unable to receive calls from a specific phone number. Is  the call from an 800 phone number? Have you ever been able to receive calls from this number? SheritaH_VZW

Thanks for your response.

The number Vanguard is calling from is NOT listed (it is an automated call). My husband did this same voice verification process over the summer and it worked flawlessly.
