Sorry to hear about the issues with the call log, asalazar75. I know just how vital these records are and I'm happy to help figure this out. An iPhone 8 is referenced in this forum. Are all the phones iPhones on your account that are having the issue? Is the software on your phones up to date? On an iPhone, you can check for an update in settings, general, software update.
