I would be concerned too if I received an unexpected call like this. Our customer service number is 800-922-0204. If your account should become suspended, we do not call out to you to inform you of this. Instead, you will learn the line is suspended when you attempt to place a call and it routes you to our Financial Services team. This is to prevent the confusion of fraudulent calls. When ever you receive a suspicious call from anyone (your bank, your cable company, etc), we always recommend hanging up and calling their official contact number separately. Does this all make sense?
