Called and schedule call back twice. Each call came through but no Verizon agent responding. I just wanted to know if my old phone (Apple 😎 is lock. I purchased/upgraded a new phone (App13) and will give old phone to a family member. I just wanted to make sure the old phone is not lock to be used with a different carrier. Please advise before I give my phone away. Thank you.

Our devices are only locked for the first 60 days after purchase and activating on our network. After 60 days, the device unlocks automatically. https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy Does this help?
