I turned off my outbound caller ID some time ago, after I made the call I tried to turn it back on but could not see the option to do so in Settings. I really need to turn my caller ID back on, please help!
We certainly understand the need to have your Caller ID displayed. I understand you mentioned you checked the settings of the phone, but have you checked the features of your My Verizon account?
The My Verizon App
Tap the menu in the top left to open it.
Tap Devices.
Find the device you want to and tap Manage.
Tap Controls.
Tap Adjust Service blocks.
Find Caller ID Blocking and if ON turn it OFF.
