Changed my number and now I am unable to call out or receive calls. The number worked the first day but has now stopped with calls. I am able to send messages and Facetime. I tried to do *228 and it said "this number is not allowed." I reset network settings and that didn't help. Turned wifi off and turned phone off and back on.

WA7, we always want to make sure that you can stay connected without any issues since you changed your number. Do you have Wi-Fi on while you are making these changes? JoseL_VZW
