Was told I had to “upgrade “ plan from 4g to 5g when we needed to replace a phone. After doing that 2 days ago, all phones except for an SE are unable to make or receive phone calls when at home unless on WiFi. We are in a rural area but had no problems with coverage before upgrading. 3 hours chatting w support only resulted in a video from Verizon saying some areas have poor coverage. It wasn’t poor before I switched plans which really makes no sense. The 5g plan says it covers 4g as well so why do I not at least have 4g ? My phone service has been set back at least 5 years! If it was ok before, there has to be a way to set it back.

Hello there! We do apologize for the trouble. We know it's vital to have a reliable service, and we'd love to help. Have you tried turning the 5G off? Please go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice and Data > LTE. Let us know if this helps. ~Aaron
