Hi Verizon,
I live in the SF Bay Area (Zip 94501) and have been a customer for 8 years with very few problems. Suddenly in the last two months my reception in and around my home went from 4 bars and great reception to one bar and dropped calls multiple times a day. Pretty frustrating. What do I need to do to get back to 4 bars and reliable service?

What recent changes have you made? Aside from the dropped calls, any other issues?

9wood, we are sorry to learn that your signal is not meeting your expectations, and we would be happy to assist you with this today. Can you please confirm whether this is an issue with Verizon Wireless or home Fios? Also, do you have a ticket number for a network ticket that may have submitted when you originally inquired about this issue?
