I would like to cancel Disney + channel that was offered free for one year.  Let me know how to.

We know how important it is to stay on top of your subscriptions, Desktop. You can cancel the Disney+ 12-month free subscription directly through your MyVerizon. Please follow this link with the steps on how: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/disney-faqs/#cancel-subscription. We do also want to let you know, this is a one time offer per account. Once it has been removed, it cannot be re-added. Let us know if you have any questions.

This method doesnt work......neither does the way using the app.  Verizon states Disney plus can be cancelled at any time but it seems its a false statement.

I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused as we always want to see you be able to easily manage the account. What exactly happens when you attempt to cancel the subscription or access the Products page? YaleK_VZW
