In May, I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus and a LifeProof case,
as the salesperson indicated it was the best and guarantees the protection of
the phone – will cover repairs and replacements for life.  The next day I even texted the salesperson
and inquired about the total mobile protection (as I saw this on my bill, we
had never discussed, and why would I need it if LifeProof covered the phone) –
he indicated is could be cancelled after 30 days.  Thus taking him at his word – I did this, and
now I have a crack in my screen and am told LifeProof covers NO damage (beyond
water for 1 year).  So I paid $100 for
the case (which seems to NOT be the best by any means!!) and now have to pay $120+
to have my screen fixed.  Totally disappointed
in Verizon from someone that has been a long-time customer!!  Would have expected honesty from salespeople.
