***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Getting charged for two phones

Verizon is currently charging me for two phones. I took my old one in as it was broken(w/ insurance) and they had me file a claim to order a new phone. They sent the new phone, made me register for a new number and I was told to dispose of the old phone. Now I’m being charged for two lines, one I haven’t used in two months. It’s cost me an extra $200 the past two months. I’ll be switching phone companies soon if this does not get revolved but does anyone have any similar stories? They essentially lied me into opening a new line.
